さらにさらに「こうげん病で指が動かず、動かすと強い痛みを感じるので犯行はそもそも無理」という主張に対しては「犯行前のカルテでは主に薬指の痛みや動かないことを中心に書かれていて、中指については余りかかれてない」ので「逮捕後にかかれた『中指も痛みがあり動かない』という医師の診断書は信用できない」つまり、「薬指は動かなかったかもしれないけど、中指は動くでしょ」ということです。この裁判長は指の神経というのがそれぞれ機械のように独立していて、病気はピンポイントで薬指だけを動かなくして他の指に影響を与えないと考えているのですね。さすがに一般人とは見識が違います。
